Day 01 Boat ride, villages, and Tiger Trail Trek! (L)
We pick you up at your guest and take a traditional long tail boat ride 1.5 hrs along the beautiful Namou river to the popular village of muang Ngoi. Along the way we get to see breathtaking scenery, animals and village people going about their every day life.
Arriving at the village of Muang Ngoi we take time to explore this little travellers retreat then we walk out to the cave where the village people stayed during the war. After looking around the cave, we walk along a easy road into the valley to see a small rural village called Ban Na.
We have lunch in the village and then return to Muangnoi where we take a boat back to Nongkhiaw.
Duration: Approx 2 hrs boat ,4 hrs walking.
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation:
Pickup time 8.30am.
Bring Hat , sun cream, walking shoes, mosquito repellent.

We visit a traditional weaving village and trek through rice paddies to a historical cave used a shelter during the war. We then continue trekking to Ban Na and cruise back to enjoy a spectacular sunset.
